lakeplastiras.com is not a booking site and not an aggregator. It is an index of everything worth knowing around the lake, written in English first and translated into Greek, German and French.
Written and kept up to date by Stelios, who visits the businesses around the lake in person.
How we check
Every listing is visited. Opening months, phone numbers and whether the kitchen actually runs in February come from the owner, in person, not from a review site. Listings are re-checked each spring before the season, and anything that has closed is taken down rather than left to rot.
What we don’t do
- No paid listings. Position on a page is never for sale.
- No star ratings or rankings. The lake is small; you can read the description.
- No owner logins or claim-your-listing flows. Send a correction and it gets fixed.
Get listed
Listings are free and always will be. If you run a taverna, rooms, a shop or take people out on the water, send the name, the village, opening months and a phone number through the contact form below, with the topic “General info”. Expect a visit before it goes up.
Corrections and advertising
Something wrong, missing or closed? Use the contact form below. Advertising is sold as clearly labelled banner space only, never as a listing or a position in a list.
One banner slot per page on Home, Village and Category pages. Never on business pages. Labelled “Advertisement”, framed differently from listings, sold by the season.
